FAQs
Q. Where does your name come from?
A. Well, we don’t mean tangible images, like photos.
What we’ve been about from the beginning is working to unite your business image and the way you’re perceived by your customers (their image) – i.e. connecting images!
Q. What's with the string?
A. We're creative types and figured it was a good way of "connecting the images" on each page of the site.
A little unexpected for marketers we suppose, but hey we love creative that get's attention and engages by getting you thinking.
Q. What else are you going to slug me with?
A. This is one of the most common questions we get asked after submitting a quote. (Well, not in so many words, but that’s what you’re getting at.)
Wow! Seems like a LOT of you have been burned in the past.
The answer is – nothing. Our quotes include EVERY item involved in the project.
If we can’t be 100% sure about the cost of an item until the work is complete (for example, sending a box of newsletters to China – which is dependant on weight/size/the whim of the international couriers), well, we say so upfront. (And we still give you an estimate figure, based on the last time we undertook the same work.)
If there’s ongoing work involved – for example, us writing an article for you once a month for the next 12 months – then we put it on the quote, and you know what you’ll be up for in the coming months.
Disbursements such as postage and couriers are listed on the quote – if it’s not in disbursements, you won’t be receiving an invoice for it.
If other things crop up during the project – for example, you require further rounds of changes than are covered by the quote – then we let you know that you’re approaching the limit, and you can decide whether or not you want to proceed with the work.
See, no nasties!
As a youngster, you probably learnt the proverb, ‘you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar’. Well, we haven’t forgotten it. We want you to ‘stick’ with us (and hopefully forgive us the shameless pun!)
